A house for friends
Become a Founding Guest
Built slowly, together
Casa Cumpà is a small holiday home taking shape on Sicily’s north coast, inside Madonie National Park.
What was once a shared and faraway dream is now a purchased plot of land, approved plans, and a construction team ready to go. Casa Cumpà will be a place for families and close friends to gather, and artists to retreat to. It will be a home away from home, in a lush and tranquil setting, with life’s simple pleasures at the forefront.
Demolition of the previous home has been completed, and to help fund building, we’re offering a limited number of Founding Stays —advance reservations that help bring Casa Cumpà to life.

How We’re Building
Built with Intention
Casa Cumpà is a carefully planned project, moving forward on a clear and defined timeline.
Small and Considered
The scale of the house is intentional—so we can build it well, finish it properly, and keep the experience personal.
Funded Through Community
Rather than traditional investors, Casa Cumpà is supported through advance reservations from founding guests who help move the project forward.
Occasional updates on the land, the build, and the decisions shaping the house as it comes to life.
